Understanding your rights and how WellVibe protects and promotes them in every aspect of our service delivery.
Your Fundamental Rights
As an NDIS participant receiving services from WellVibe, you have the right to:
Respect & Dignity
Be treated with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times, regardless of your background, beliefs, or circumstances.
Choice & Control
Make your own choices about the supports and services you receive, including who provides them and how they are delivered.
Safety & Wellbeing
Feel safe and be protected from abuse, neglect, violence, and exploitation in all aspects of service delivery.
Communication
Receive information in a format you understand and have your communication needs met, including interpreters if needed.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Have your personal information kept private and confidential, and control who has access to your information.
Feedback & Complaints
Provide feedback, raise concerns, and make complaints without fear of retaliation or negative consequences.

Right to Independence
- Make your own decisions about your life and supports
- Take reasonable risks as part of living an ordinary life
- Develop skills and independence at your own pace
- Access support that promotes your independence, not dependence
Right to Inclusion & Participation
- Participate fully in your community
- Access mainstream services and facilities
- Be included in social, cultural, and recreational activities
- Have your cultural and spiritual needs respected and supported
Right to Quality Services
- Receive services that meet your needs and goals
- Have qualified and trained support workers
- Receive services that comply with NDIS Practice Standards
- Have your support plan reviewed regularly
Right to Advocacy & Support
- Have an advocate or support person present at meetings
- Access independent advocacy services
- Have family and friends involved in your support (if you choose)
- Receive support to understand and exercise your rights

All staff receive comprehensive training on participant rights and person-centered practices
Regular Reviews
We regularly review our practices to ensure we are upholding and promoting your rights
Open Communication
We encourage open dialogue and provide multiple ways for you to raise concerns or feedback
